摘 要:ISO和CMM是两种不同的质量认证标准体系 ,而且又是一种改善软件质量的管理方法 .虽然二者的原则相同 ,方向一致 ,但也有较大差异 .最主要的差异是 ,CMM是高起点、高标准的动态质量体系 ,产品的质量主要从控制软件开发过程取得 .而ISO是低标准的静态质量体系 ,只是对产品质量提出可接受的最低要求 .因此认为从发展趋势看 。The ISO and CMM are two different quality assurance systems,and they also provide a managment methodology to improve the software quality. They share a common concern for quality and process management. They are driven by similar concerns and intuitively correlated. The purpose of this report is to contrast the CMM and ISO 9001, showing both their differences and their similarities. It makes the conclusion that the major difference between the two system is that CMM is a dynamic quality system with a high degree criteria, assuring the software product quality through the control of the software development process, while ISO is a static quality system with minimal criteria, providing minimal acceptable requirement for software product quality. Thus, the ISO in software industry may be evolutionarily replaced by CMM in the future.
