摘　　要：本文从金融行业在中国社会生活中的重要性及金融腐败对社会的危害性出发 ,指出金融腐败在金融界的表现形式 ,分析了金融腐败发生的主要原因 ,并提出进一步加强银行防范风险意识和完善金融监管力度的对策。This paper started with the important role financial industry plays in and the damage financial corruption does to Chinas social life,it then discussed varied forms and main causes of financial corruption and suggested measures to strengthen bank risk evasion awareness and financial supervision against it.
