港内平稳度的影响因素及提高平稳度的措施

摘　　要：介绍了港内平稳度的若干影响因素 ,对于不规则波和规则波的绕射系数作了对比 ,比较深入地分析了绕射波波向变化的内在规律 ,推荐了港内风浪定量计算公式。最后从港口平面布置及水工建筑物结构型式等方面提出了提高港内平稳度的有效建议。Some factors which affecting the stability with harbor are introduced. The diffraction coefficients of irregular wave and regular wave are compared. The intrinsic regularity of variation of diffracted wave direction is analyzed. The formula for wind wave calculation inside harbor is put forward. Some measures are suggested to improve the stability of harbor in respects of layout of port and structural pattern of hydraulic construction.
