摘　　要：Through the analysis of 67 political test papers of staffers at village town administrations in Jiaxing County in 1946, this article tries to point out that modern ideology of nation had reached into the villages and towns with the national power by the end of the Republican China. Although the staffers did completely have no sense of ideology, they even did not understand the complicated procedure in demographical politics, some of them had accepted the ideals of modern demographical politics, materialized in naissance and restrict of political power.Through the analysis of 67 political test papers of staffers at village town administrations in Jiaxing County in 1946, this article tries to point out that modern ideology of nation had reached into the villages and towns with the national power by the end of the Republican China.
