谈我国社会主义法制建设基本原则的确定

摘　　要：“有法可依、有法必依、执法必严、违法必究”是我国社会主义法制建设的基本原则 ,社会主义不是无政府主义。目前 ,我国社会主义法制建设的任务依然艰巨。新中国成立后 ,毛泽东、董必武、邓小平、江泽民等党和国家领导人都分别在不同历史时期对社会主义法制建设提出意见 ,使我国的法制建设不断发展完善 ,逐步形成了When there is a law,it must be obeyed,its enforcement must be strict and law breakers must be punished.” This is the basic principle our country has in its socialist legal system.Anarchism is not socialism.At present,we still have a long way to go in the construction of socalist legal system.Since the founding of the PRC,leaders in the Party and our country,Mao Zedong,Dong Biwu,DengXiaoping and Jiang Zemin have made important suggestions and principles on the construction of socialist legal system in different historical periods from which the basic principle has been gradually developed,perfected and formed at last.
