摘　　要：通过对城市社区的概念、发展历史的阐述,提出城市社区规划理论的基本框架,分别从经济学、社会学、空间与设施规划3个层次进行研究,并在此基础上,对当前城市社区规划理论的主要发展方向进行总结与概括。The paper illustrates the con-cept of city community and its history,andproposes the basic theory of city commu-nity planning which are studied fromeconomics,sociology and planning ofspace and facilities. And then,the papersummarizes the development tendencyof the community planning theory.[
