摘　　要：影响国际金融关系的因素很多,跨国银行作为国际金融领域中典型的金融机构,它的发展对国际金融关系产生了不可忽视的影响,这种影响包括拓展了国际金融关系的联系渠道、突出了国际金融关系的不稳定性、加大了国际金融关系的协调难度、改变了国际金融关系的力量结构。Abstrat :There are lots of factors which have effects on International Finance Relations.As a predominant institution in the finance field,multinational bank and its evolution have made a notable impact on IFRs,which include four aspects-diversifying the finance channels,enhancing the instability,enlarging the difficulties in coordination and altering the structure of financial position.
