摘  要:初步研究了红壤幼龄果园根际与非根际土壤养分和酶活性的变化趋势。结果表明,根际土壤含水量大于非根际土壤,且果园生草区根际土壤含水量最大;根际土壤有机质含量都大于非根际土壤,套种绿肥区根际土壤有机质含量最大(25·5g·kg-1),处理间差异显著;根际土壤的速效氮、磷含量高于非根际土壤;脲酶活性在绿肥套种区和清耕区根际和非根际土壤中有很大差异,多酚氧化酶活性在3个处理中变化都比较大,而酸性磷酸酶活性差异不明显。The changes of nutrients and enzyme activity in red rhizosphere and nonrhizosphere soil of young orchar were studied, the results showed that moisture in rhizosphere soil was higher than that in nonrhizosphere soil, and the moisture is highest in rhizosphere of planting mulch grasses, the organic matter of rhizosphere soil is higher than those of the nonrhizosphere soil, the highest of organic matter was 25. 5 g· kg-1 in rhizosphere soil of interplanting green manure, there were significant differences among different treatments. The available N and the available P in rhizosphere soil were higher than those in nonrhizosphere soil. There were differences in the urease enzyme activity in rhizosphere and nonrhizosphere soil of interplanting green manure and clean tilling. In three treatments, the changes of polyhenol oxidase activity were significant, but there were no significant differences in the changes of the acidic phosphorylase activity.
