摘　　要：论文阐述了讲座主持人在公共图书馆讲座中的重要性,图书馆讲座主持人有别于其它类别的主持人,讲座主持人必须具备道德修养、语言修养、文学修养等综合素养,才能更好地担负起图书馆讲座主持人的工作。This article elaborates the importance of the presenter in public library hosted lectures.Library lecture presenter is different from a presenter of any other industries.The lecture presenters must have the moral accomplishment,language cultivation of literary training,and comprehensive literacy to better fit in the job.
