摘 要:不同含量ABT 1号生根粉处理藤稔葡萄插条的扦插试验结果表明 ,5 0~ 1 5 0mg/kg的ABT 1号生根粉对插条生根长叶均有促进作用。其中 1 0 0mg/kg处理的生根率和生叶率最高 ,分别为 88%和 80 % ;1 2 5mg/kg处理的插条其生根数和生叶数最多 ,分别为 2 1 .1 4条和 3.5 6片。另外 ,1 2 5mg/kg处理的单株根鲜重、叶鲜重分别为 0 .845 2 g和 1 .5 71 0 g ,均极显著高于对照。A cutting experiment with 50~150 mg/kg of ABT 1 powder treating dormant branch of Fujiminori grape was done. The results showed that all treatments had promoting effect on formatting roots and leaves of cuttings. The rates of formatting roots and leaves with 100 mg/kg of ABT 1 were the highest among all treatments,88% and 80% respectively. Root and leaf quantity with 125 mg/kg of ABT 1 was the most,21.14 and 3.56 respectively. Root weight and leaf weight with 125 mg/kg of ABT 1 were 0.845 2 g and 1.571 0 g respectively,they were all very significantly higher than contrast. The effect of each treatment on root length was not significant.
