杂交鲂(广东鲂♀×团头鲂♂)及其亲本主要遗传性状的比较研究

摘　　要：杂交 (广东♀×团头♂ )一代的形态性状大多数介于父母本之间。主要可数性状和可量性状有些偏近父本 ,有些偏近母本 ,而有些则介于父母本之间 ;杂交一代的染色体核型与母本相同 ;乳酸脱氢酶 (LDH)、苹果酸脱氢酶 (MDH)和酯酶 (EST)不同的同功酶酶谱在杂交一代中的表达各异 ,酶带有些像父本 ,有些像母本 ,有些个体同时兼有父母本的某些酶带 。Most of morphological characters of the first filial generation(Megalobrama hoffmanni♀×M. amblycephala♂) were similar to those of the parents. Principal countable and meansurable parameters of the filial generation were near the female M. hoffmanni or male M. amblycephala or between the parents. The karyotype of the filial generation was identical to that of M. hoffmanni. There was difference in expression of lactic acid dehydrogenase (LDH) ,malate dehydrogenase (MDH) and esterase (EST) in the filial generation. Some of the isozymes were similar with M. hoffmanni or M. amblycephala. Most of the isozymes expressed in some of the filial generation were the same as its parents, while few exhibited their own patterns.
