城市土地资本营运的方法研究

摘　　要：在计划经济条件下 ,主要是用行政手段管理土地资产 ,在市场经济条件下则要把土地资产作为资本来经营 ,即土地资本营运。城市土地资本营运的好坏 ,直接关系城市建设和城市经济的发展。对城市土地资本营运条件、方法进行了研究 ,提出了搞好城市资本营运的具体对策。Under plan economy condition, land capital was administrated by administration management; under market economy condition, land capital is managed in capital, which is called as land capital operation.Whether city land capital deal is good or not is directly related with the development of city economy and construction. The conditions and ways about city land capital operation were studied, a complete countermeasure about city capital operation was proposed.
