摘　　要：通过对几何分布加速方程的讨论,以对数特征寿命的极大似然估计的渐近方差最小为设计原则,解决了单应力简单恒加试验的最优设计,并通过实例验证了方案的有效性。By discussing how to set up accelerated equation of the geometric distribution,an optimum test plan is explored by minimizing the asymptotic variance of the maximum likelihood estimation of the logarithm life.The optimal simple constant stress ALT with time fixed censoring are given;the plan is proved effective through the example.
