摘　　要：分析了铝土矿矿浆在预加热过程中结疤形成的机理、疤的主要成分以及减缓结疤形成速度的方法和途径。途径是适当提高矿浆的流速,强化预脱硅过程,设立脱硅脱钛罐,添加适当过量的石灰等。The paper gives a brief descrption of the mechanism of the scarring process of bauxite slurry in the preheating process,the main ingredients of the alumina scar and the ways to slow down the rate of the scarring process. Ways to slow down the scaling process are raising the flowing rate of the bauxite slurry properly;consolidating the process of pre-desilication;building a desilication and detitanation pot;puting in an proper excessive amount of lime. etc.
