摘  要:本文用当地32.5普通硅酸盐水泥掺Ⅰ级粉煤灰与优质外加剂配制的大流动度高性能混凝土,不仅解决了该工程的抗硫酸盐侵蚀与抗冻、抗渗等耐久性,而且为工程节约资金数千万元;用当地42.5硅酸盐水泥与硅粉、粉煤灰并掺入膨胀剂、高效减水剂配制的大流动度、高强、高密实性、微膨胀补偿收缩混凝土,为减少混凝土裂缝与抗冲磨提供了优质配合比。2000年已竣工的527m导流洞与正在浇筑的300m冲砂洞仅发现二条长3m左右的微细裂缝;底板抗磨层C60高强混凝土仅发现若干条微细裂缝,未发现一条有害裂缝,说明本工程所采用的混凝土配合比与施工技术都是成功的。HPC of high fluidity adopted in this paper was mixed with local 32.5 common cement, ClassⅠ fly ash and high quality admixtures. It was qualified for the durability such as anti sulphate erosion, anti-freeze and anti-penetration etc. and reduced cost of tens of millions. The shrinkage compensating concrete of high fluidity, high strength, high density and soft expansion was mixed with local 42.5 cement, silicon powder, fly ash, and expansive agent, HP admixtures. It was qualified for reducing cracks and anti impact grinding. There are only two minute cracks of 3m long around found in the 527m diversion tunnel which was completed in 2000 and the 300m scouring tunnel which under constructing; only several minute cracks were found in C60 HPC of base plate anti grinding coat within which there was no harmful crack. All these above show that the concrete matching ratio and construction techniques adopted in this project are successful.
