摘  要:研究了掺加不同矿物组成膨胀剂的水泥浆体在不同湿度环境下的变形性能,含有部分f-CaO的HCSA在RH≥60%的环境下还有较好的补偿收缩效果;由硫铝酸钙或铝酸钙水泥熟料配制的膨胀剂在RH≥80%时有效果;而由生明矾石和自然煤矸石配制的膨胀剂只在RH≥90%时有效果,但在RH=60%时其收缩比不掺的还大。RH<100%时,在掺膨胀剂的水泥浆体中膨胀与干燥收缩同步进行,二者的速度差决定了最终的膨胀和干燥收缩的大小。钙矾石类膨胀剂的膨胀速度取决于含Al2O3矿物和硬石膏的溶解速度。This paper studied the deformation properties of cement paste which include expansive agent with different mineral composition in different humidity environments,HCSA containing part of the f-CaO have a good shrinkage compensation effect when the RH ≥ 60% ;expansion agent made by the sulphoaluminate calcium or calcium aluminates cement clinker had a great effect when the RH ≥ 80%;while expansion agent made by alunite and coal gangue only became to be effective when the RH ≥ 90%,The contraction was even bigger than non-doped when the RH = 60%.When the RH <100%,expansion and drying shrinkage happens simultaneously in the cement paste mixed with expansive agent,the velocity difference between the two determines the ultimate size of expansion and drying shrinkage.The expansion rate of ettringite type expansive agent depends on the dissolution rate of Al2O3 minerals and anhydrite.
