摘　　要：补偿收缩混凝土结构自防水技术具有成本低、施工简便、工期短、耐久性好、与结构物同寿命等优点。本文介绍了天津宝境栖园地下车库补偿收缩混凝土结构自防水技术应用情况,着重论述了抗裂防渗施工工艺、细部节点防水处理及施工注意事项,由于施工组织合理,取得了较好的防水效果。Shrinkage compensating concrete structure self-waterproofing technology has the advantage of low cost,convenient construction process,short working term,fine durability,and long service life.This paper introduce the application of shrinkage compensating concrete self-waterproof technology in Tianjin Baodibaojing garden underground garage project.Description is focused on construction technique of anti-crack and anti-seepage concrete,waterproofing design of all details,and construction attention.And good water-proofing effect is obtained by an appropriate construction.
