摘　　要：地下防水工程的质量直接影响到建筑的使用功能和寿命,本文以天津浯水道宝福家园地下车库为例,介绍了超前止水技术在车库底板施工中的应用,施工工艺、注意事项及质量控制措施,取得了较好的防水效果。The quality of water proof in underground engineering directly affects the function and service life. Based on construction of Tianjin Wushui way Baoxi home, this paper introduces the application of advanced water-stop technique in garage baseplate. Construction technology, relevant precautions, and quality control of construction are also mainly emphasized. Due to appropriate organization of construction, good quality of waterproof is obtained.
