摘　　要：在详细分析超薄油藏水平井钻井难点的基础上 ,从工程技术和钻井液两方面提出了解决措施 ,以我国第一口超薄油藏阶梯式水平井为例 ,介绍了施工工艺及井眼轨迹控制技术。超薄油藏水平井钻井的成功实践 ,对老油田的开发与调整具有重要意义 。Based on the analysis of key points of horizontal drilling in ultra thin reservoirs, the measures are put forward on the respects of engineering techniques and drilling fluids. Taking the first staircase horizontal well in ultra thin reservoirs as an example, the operating technologies and well trajectory control techniques are introduced. Successful horizontal drilling in ultra thin reservoirs has a significant effect on the development and adjustment of old fields and has remarkable economic benefit.
