摘　　要：分析了西部地区 (塔里木盆地和准噶尔盆地 )地质特点 ,详细论述了影响深井钻井速度的主要因素 ,并提出了解决措施与建议 ,对提高深井钻井速度、降低钻井成本 ,缩短钻井周期。The geologic structures of west China districts are introduced. The main factors affecting drilling rate are discussed in detail. Meanwhile, some methods and suggestions are put forward, which have significant effects on improvements of deep drilling rates, reducing drilling costs and drilling cycle, accelerating the exploiting & developing rate of the overall districts and realizing the strategic reserve of oil & gas resources early.
