摘　　要：综述了全球炼油工业面对的挑战以及资源优化的重要性 ,分析了影响我国炼油工业竞争力提高的因素 ,并提出了我国炼油厂提高经济效益的有效快捷的途径。The article gives an over all account of the challenges facing China's petrochemical industry and the importance of optimum distribution of resources,analyzes the factors affecting competitive power of China's petroleum refining industry,and finally comes up with the effective shortcut for Chinese refineries to improve economic benefits.
