摘　　要：介绍了北京大学 2× 1.7MV串列静电加速器实验室开发能量为MeV/atom的原子团簇离子束的情况以及对这些团簇离子束的鉴定手段。应用这些团簇离子束 。The production and identification of MeV/atom cluster beams at 2×1.7MV accelerator in Peking University are introduced in this paper. The vicinage effect, i.e. radiation damage in crystalline silicon and interaction mechanism of MeV/atom cluster with solids are investigated.
