摘　　要：本文提出一种算法 ,利用该算法可在给定的一致性指标下求得一个新的判定矩阵 .新矩阵与原矩阵具有相同的主特征向量 。An algorithm is proposed in this pap er. With this algorithm, we can get a new judgment matrix under given condition of consistency. The new judgment matrix has same eigenvecdtor with old one and m ay give us some help for judging reliability of old one.
