摘　　要：分析了供应链牛鞭效应的危害和原因,讨论了对其模拟研究以及减轻其对策。An important observation in supply c hain management ,know as t he bullwhip effect,suggests that demand variability increases a s one moves up a supply chain .In this p aper we analyse the inef-ficiencies and the causes of the bull whip effects ,and we argue the simula tion research and the miti-gati on of the bullwhip effects.
