摘　　要：我国MBA教育存在很多不足。我国MBA教育的改革和发展需要借鉴创新教育的思想,特别在培养方式、教学方法、课程设置和师资与教学评价四个方面需要进行创新设计。Based on the analysis of characteristics of innovation education and the defects of MBA education in China, this paper studies the four aspects of innovational design of MBA education in China, including education mode, teaching methods, courses arrangement, faculty and teaching evaluation. And then the development trends of MBA education in China are prospected for.
