摘　　要：目的　探讨重度乳房肥大下垂的理想术式。方法　应用改进的Mckissock乳房缩小术治疗重度乳房肥大下垂。结果　 6例 (11只 )重度乳房肥大下垂术后外形挺拔 ,无乳头乳晕坏死发生和其他并发症。结论　改进的Mckissock乳房缩小术设计简单 ,操作易掌握 ,是治疗重度乳房肥大下垂较理想术式。Objective To seek an ideal technique for severe macromastia with ptosis.Methods We have used a modified technique in Mckissock reduction mammaplasty to operate on six women (eleven breasts) Results Six women of severe macromastia with ptosis have been successfully operated. The primary results were highly satisfactory, there was no necrosis of the nipple and areola.Conclusion The modified technique is an ideal method for severe macromastia with ptosis, it is easy to design and operate.
