摘　　要：目的　探讨输尿管膀胱吻合新方法。方法　采用改良的输尿管膀胱吻合术治疗肾移植患者 45例。结果　术后随访 3个月～ 3年 ,发现尿路梗阻 3例 ,2例经再手术治愈 ,1例保守观察 ,其余疗效满意。结论　改良的输尿管膀胱吻合术具有手术操作简单、无须切开膀胱和放置支架管、并发症少、安全可靠等优点。Objective To investigate the new method of ureteroneocystomy. Methods The modified ureteroneocystomy was conducted for 45 cases of kidney transplantation. Results The patients have been followed up for three months to three years.The results were satisfied except 3 cases with urinary obstruction. Conclusions The modified ureteroneocystomy has the advantages of easy operation,safety,reliability and less complications which is no need of cystotomy and stent.
