和络舒肝胶囊治疗慢性肝炎临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察和络舒肝胶囊治疗慢性乙型肝炎、早期肝硬化的临床疗效。方法:和络舒肝胶囊,5粒/次,3次/d,3～6个月为1个疗程,治疗慢性乙型肝炎、早期肝硬化60例,并与随机抽取,以常规护肝药治疗30例肝硬化患者对照观察。结果:和络舒肝胶囊治疗组临床症状改善明显,降低ALT、HA、LM、ⅣC、PCⅢ,与治疗前比较差异有显著性,与对照组比较差异有显著性(P<0.05或0.01)。结论:和络舒肝胶囊具有明显改善慢性乙型肝炎、早期肝硬化患者的临床症状,降低转氨酶,改善肝功能及抗肝纤维化的作用,对防止和治疗慢性肝炎肝硬化有较好的疗效。Objective: To observe the therapeutic effect of Heluo Shugan capsule on chronic hepatitis B and early hepatocirrhosis. Methods: 5 capsules of Heluo Shugan, three times per day for 3 monthe to 6 months, 60 patients of chronic hepatitis B and early hepatocirrhosis were treated and compared with 30 patients , which were selected randomly and treated with routine protection liver drugs. Results : The Heluo Shugan capsule group could improve the clinical syndromes of patients , decrease significantly serum ALT, HA, LM, ⅣC, PCⅢ , comparing to contrast group the differentiation had obviously significance, (P<0.05 or 0.01). Conclusion: The results indicate that therapeutic method of Heluo Shugan capsule may improve the clinical syndromes of chronic hepatitis B with early hepatocirrhosis, reduce aminopherase, regulate the liver' s metabolic function, antifibrosis of liver, enhance the therapeutic effect to prevent and treat early hepatocirrhosis of chronic hepatitis B.
