摘　　要：目的研究影响伤口收缩的因素,使其能有利于伤口愈合,又不致引起瘢痕的异常增生。方法建立以瘢痕成纤维细胞和I型胶原混悬液形成的胶原网架凝胶块,来模拟体内伤口收缩,观察透明质酸(HA)对其收缩的影响。结果发现HA在一定浓度范围内对伤口收缩有剂量依赖型抑制作用。结论HA有抑制瘢痕形成和异常收缩作用,为临床应用提供指导意义。Objecti ve To investigate the factors which effect the wound contraction.Methods We buil t fibroblast populated colla gen lattice(FPCL)whichwas a collagengelsimilar to granular structure that was formedby t he mixture ofcultured fibroblasts f romh ypertrophic scar andsoluble collagen type I.FPCL contraction is similar to woun d contraction.The effect of HAon invitro model of wound co ntration was examine d.Results The does-dependent inhibition of lattice contration caucing by HAwit hin a c ertain limit.Conclusions Incorporate with the anterior findi ng that H Ain-hibited the proliferation and colla gen synthesization by fibroblast su gge st that HA may play a major role in r educing scar formation and over-contratio n.This might be useful in clinical practive of promoting wound healing and prev enting extra s car formation.
