摘　　要：目的采用神经再生室研究白介素-1(IL-1)和神经生长因子(NGF)对周围神经再生的影响。方法将36只SD大鼠随机分为IL-1、NGF和生理盐水3组,制作成坐骨神经再生室模型,术后7、14、30d取材作组织学检查。结果IL-1组和NGF组周围神经再生明显优于生理盐水组,IL-1组和NGF组之间无明显差异。结论IL-1和NGF具有相同的促进周围神经再生的作用。Objective To study the effort of interleukin-1(IL-1)and nerve growth factor(NGF)on p eripheral never regeneration after injury.Methods Thirty-six SD rats were div ided randomly into three groups.IL-1were inj ected into the chamber of one ex perim ental group(IL-1),equal quantity of NGF into the chamb er of another experimental group(NGF group),and equal quantity of saline into th e control group(saline group).The specimens were observed histologically.Results The n umber of regeneration never in I L-1group and NGF group were more than that in saline group,but no difference between NGF group and IL-1group.Conclusions IL-1and NGF can enhance the regen-eration of peripheral nerve and stim ulate the proliferation of fibrobla sts,macrophages.
