摘  要:目的通过神经示踪方法(MEP)和脊髓电生理(SEP)检测探讨该方法对脊髓损伤修复的可行性,客观评价其价值。方法本实验共设3组:A组(正常对照组)、B组(制作成脊髓半切损害模型将肋间神经植入缺损的脊髓处)、C组(在脊髓半切损害模型的脊髓缺损处植入可吸收的明胶海绵)。结果B组经移植重建后,示踪剂注射处显色显示沿神经束向远、近端顺向和逆向运输,并以顺向显色较为明显。3个月后引MEP和SEP测定。B组与C组相比较,脊髓电生理功能有明显改善,其潜伏期和波幅均有不同程度的恢复。统计学处理(P<0.01)。结论纵观脊髓损伤肋间神经移植不仅可诱导和促进脊髓再生,而且再生的轴突可沿着肋间神经桥延伸到较远的距离。MEP和SEP在此方面可起到较为客观的评价作用。Objective To asses s the feasibility of intercostal nerve transplantation into inj ured spinal cord a nd evaluate the effects of MEP and SEP.Methods Resecting half of rat' s spinal cord to establish the rat half-resecting model.The cutting length was about 4mm.Then transplanting the same rat' s T 8-9 intercostal nerve into the injured s pinal cord side.The spinal cord renova tion was evaluated by nerve tracing,MEP and SEP.The rats were di vided into 3 groups.The A group was th e control group.In B group,intercostals nerves were trans-planted into the injured spinal cord,while the absorbable gelatin spong es were filled into the injured side i n C group.Results Injecting the tracer i n B group and finding the tran sport of tracer following the nerve p rogressivel y and regressively from the injection spot,the forward transport was more appar ent.MEP and SEP were examined 3months later.The electrophysiologic functions of sp inal cord in B group were improved obviously,contrasted to t hose in C gr oup(P<0.01).The latency and amplitude resumed i n some degrees.Conclusi ons Trans-planting the intercostals nerve int o injured spinal cord not only c an induce and promote the spinal cord regen eration,but also the regenerating a xon can extend to longer distance fo llowing the nerve bridge.MEP and SEP can e valuate the effects objectively.
