摘  要:对苯酚与碳酸二甲酯催化合成碳酸二苯酯反应进行了研究。考察了均相和负载型n -Bu2 SnO催化剂的反应性能 ,并应用XRD和IR对催化剂进行了表征。结果表明 :对于均相反应 ,在正交实验确定的适宜条件下 ,碳酸二苯酯的产率为 32 .8%。不同载体对催化性能影响较大 ,n -Bu2 SnO/SiO2 催化剂的性能最好 ,碳酸二苯酯的产率为2 1 .8%。焙烧条件直接影响催化剂的活性 ,高温焙烧后由于丁基基团的消失和SnO2 晶相的产生 ,反应活性急剧下降。The transesterification of dimethyl carbonate and phenol has been investigated with n-Bu 2SnO catalyst and /or The supported n-Bu 2SnO catalyst . X-ray diffraction and Infrared spectra were employed for catalyst characterization. The yield of DPC was 32.8% under the suitable condition determined by orthogonal experiment in homogeneous reaction. The activity of the supported catalysts is greatly affected by different supports; n-Bu 2SnO/SiO 2 has the highest activity and the yield of DPC was 21.8%. Calcination affects the activity of the catalyst significantly. When the catalysts are calcined at high temperature, the activity decrease rapidly because of the disappearance of butyl group and the formation of SnO 2.
