摘　　要：《黑暗的中心》在英国文学史上被认为是一部"谜"一般的作品,它丰厚的文本质地及深邃的思想内涵一直吸引着读者,百年不辍。文章从分析《黑》文中的反讽现象入,探讨主人公库尔兹和马娄复杂的内心世界,说明这部小说禀承时代的思想脉络,揭示出丧失行动目的后人的困境。Joseph Conrad's Heart of Darkness is considered an enigma in the history of English literature,which has over a century attracted readers for its rich texture and thought-provoking content.An attempt in this essay is made to illustrate in perspective of irony that this novella presents human dilemma at the absence of end,which prevails in both historical and present contest.
