摘　　要：介绍了株洲市天元区雨水规划设计中较为突出的设计特点,高水高排,低水抽排及排水规划与城市管线的有机综合;对合理选定设计参数、径流系数、重现期等,提出了相应的设计观点。The more outstanding characteristics in the rainwater plan of Tianyuan District of Zhuzhou city are introducted, including draining water off at high lands,pumping water off at low lands and reasonable arrangements of pump water plan and pipelines. A rational designing parameters have been repsented, such as runoff coefficient and reappearing period.
