摘　　要：目的:探讨脊髓型颈椎病围手术期康复护理。方法:对49例脊髓型颈椎病手术患者重点加强术前康复护理干预、出院康复指导。结果:本组采用Odom's临床疗效评定,术后随访6个月～5年,优良率达85.7%。结论:围手术期康复护理在脊髓型颈椎病的恢复和功能重建中至关重要。Objective: To study the role of nursing intervention in the perioperative rehabilitation of patients operated for spinal cervical spondylopthy. Methods: Nursing intervention was focused on preoperative rehabilitation and instruction for the discharged. Results: Odom's clinical efficiency evaluation was adopted. The satisfactory rate of effectiveness reached 85.7% based on the follow-up from 6 months to 5 years. Conclusion: Nursing intervention plays important role in the perioperative rehabilitation of patients operated for spinal cervical spondylopthy.
