摘 要:目的:探讨从患者入院到出院全过程的规范护理服务,以提高护理服务质量。方法:制定各项护理服务、操作与语言行为,健康教育规范与流程、质量标准等;设对照组和观察组,将两组质量考核及满意度调查结果进行分析比较。结果:两组住院患者、护士对护理工作的满意度比较有显著性差异(P<0.01),医生对护理工作的满意度比较有显著性差异(P<0.05),护士仪表语言行为、病房管理、基础护理与特Ⅰ级护理质量、专业技能、健康指导比较有显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论:该项研究规范了住院患者全程护理服务,达到患者、医生、护士三满意的目的,使护理服务走向了标准化、规范化、程序化。Objective: To explore the regulated and standard whole course integration high quality nursing system. Methods: The results of quality and satisfaction examination were compared between the observation group and the control group according to the formulated service standard, health education rules and process as well as quality criterion. Results: The significant difference (P<0.01) was found in the comparison of the satisfactory degree for nursing service between patients in IPD and nurses, and the significant difference (P<0.05) was also found in the comparison of the satisfactory degree for nursing service in doctors. The comparison of nurse's manner, behavior, management of ward, service quality, skill and health education had significant difference (P<0.01) too. Conclusion: The whole course integration high quality nursing system plays an active role in standardizing nursing service from patients' admission to being discharged and can achieve the satisfaction from patients, doctors and nurses herself.
