高压氧治疗新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病临床观察

摘　　要：目的　观察高压氧对中重度新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病 (HIE)治疗效果。方法　高压氧治疗组 (90例 )和对照组 (41例 )均给予“三支持三对症”治疗 ,高压氧治疗组给予高压氧治疗。结果　呼吸节律变稳定、意识恢复、吸吮反射恢复、惊厥消失和肌张力恢复五个方面所需时间 ,治疗组均短于对照组 ,并有统计学意义。Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of moderate and severe hypoxic ischemic encephalopathy(HIE) treated with hyperbaric oxygenation in neonates.Methods The therapeutic group(90 cases) were treated with hyperbaric oxygenation and the control group(41 cases) didn't.The recovering time of the important clinical symptom and sign were compared by using F test and T test in the two groups.Results The recovering time in the five aspects such as the respiratory rhythm,consciousness,suck reflection,convusions and the strenth of muscle was shorter than that in control group.It has statistical significance.Conclusion Hyperbaric oxygenation is an important method in the treatment of moderate and severe HIE.
