激活态雪旺细胞在细胞培养下的生长规律

摘　　要：目的　了解激活态雪旺细胞在细胞培养下的生长规律。方法　应用改良的雪旺细胞培养法体外培养激活态雪旺细胞 ,通过激活态雪旺细胞在各生长点 (3d ,5d,7d ,9d,1 1d ,1 3d)的计数 ,绘制激活态雪旺细胞的生长曲线。作Lowry蛋白测定 ,H3 胸腺嘧啶核甙测定 ,了解激活态雪旺细胞在细胞培养下的生长情况。结果　每个时间段检测激活态雪旺细胞的生长繁殖能力 ,Lowry蛋白含量 ,H3 胸腺嘧啶核甙的含量 ,均数倍于正常态的雪旺细胞 ;两者差异均有非常显著性意义 (t =2 2 3、67 1、72 4,P <0 .0 0 1 )。Objective To explore the growing rule of the activated Schwann cells from adult SD rat in culture.Methods The activated Schwann cells were cultured in vitro using modified culture method. The numbers of activated Schwann cells were counted at various growing point(3 d, 5 d, 7 d,9 d,11 d,13 d),then the growing curve of activated Schwann cells was drawn. The Lowry protein and thymine nucleoside were checked to examine the growth of activated Schwann cells in culture. Results The proliferation of activated Schwann cells ,the Lowry protein and thymine nucleoside are several folds more than the normal Schwann cells at each growing point. There was statistically significant difference between them. Conclusion The activated Schwann cells can proliferate highly in cell culture.
