摘　　要：90年代以来,吉林省城镇居民消费倾向逞递减势,储蓄倾向提高,城镇居民消费需求对消费品市场的支撑作用减弱。城镇居民消费需求不足已经成为制约吉林省经济增长的主要因素。要刺激消费,提高消费水平,关键是增加城镇居民实际收入,调整落后的消费方式,把握居民新的消费增长点。Since 1990, the residents' consumption tendency of the cities and towns in Jilin Province has become weaker, instead the tendency of savings has risen,and the residents' consumption demand of the cities and towns impedes the economic growth of Jilin Province. In order to stimulate consumption and raise consumption level, the key factor is to increase the real income of the residents, to adjust the backward consumption patterns and to grasp the new consumer point of the residents.
