摘  要:与陈皮比较,测定了广陈皮各种商品药材中挥发油的含量,并用气相色谱/质谱计算机联用方法(GC/MS/DS)鉴定了挥发油中的37多个成分,测定了相对含量。广陈皮中均含柠檬烯、β-月桂烯、a-菠烯及a-松油醇等镇咳、祛痰、抗菌的有效成分。The contents of Guang Chen Pi commercial medicines from the essential oil were determined. The volatile components of Guang Chen Pi were analysed by GC-MS-DS. Twenty-eight compounds were isolated and identified. Their percent contents in oils were given for the first time. Limonene,β-myrcene, α-pinene, and α-terpineol in Guang Chen Pi are the major effective components in relieving cough and eliminating phlegm and antibacterial action.
