摘 要:通过对FRP/1年生植物纤维复合板及FRP/混凝土复合梁弯曲强度、拉伸强度、弹性模量、剪切强度等性能的测试以及对由聚乙烯、尼龙和钢纤维混杂增强环氧树脂复合板的耐磨、耐腐蚀性能的比较试验,认为FRP/1年生植物纤维复合板可应用于玻璃钢渔船的上层建筑及船甲板;FRP/混凝土复合梁可以应用于玻璃钢渔船龙骨和肋骨;超混杂复合材料可应用于玻璃钢船体水下部分及船舷和缆桩等摩擦损失较严重的部位。<Abstrcat> The curved intensity, stretch intensity, modulus of elasticity, cutting intensity and other performance of FRP/oneyear plant fiber board and the FRP/concrete girder were tested and the wearability and the corrosionresisting performance of the strengthened epoxy resin board made of polythene, nylon and steel fiber were researched. The conclusion is that the FRP/oneyear plant fiber board can be applied in the upper structures and the deck of a fishing boat made of glass fiber reinforced plastic; the FRP/concrete board can be applied in the keel and the rib of the boat; Superfixedcompound material can be applied in the underwater parts of the boat and shipboard, cable stakes and other parts which can be damaged seriously by friction.
