摘　　要：台湾城市外围山坡地都市化现象日趋严重 ,为求山坡地开发行为不致造成下游水文环境之冲击 ,而针对城市水土保持问题综合探讨下列主题 ,包括 :(1)山坡地都市化现象与灾害原因 ;(2 )坡地开发之水土保持问题 ;(3)山坡地都市化之水理变化 ;(4)潜在崩塌地之简易判定方法 ;(5 )防灾考量之集水区开发限制。鉴此 ,探讨台湾历年来之城市水土灾害原因与环境资源之保育利用课题 。The urbanization of slopeland is a serious problem in Taiwan Region. In order to minimize the environmental impact during the slopeland development,the main subjects those are going to investigate are:(1)slopeland urbanization and cause of disaster;(2)soil and water conservation problems during slopeland development;(3)hydrological variation for slopeland urbanization;(4)the simple method to judge the potential land sliding area;and (5)the limitation of watershed development concern with the disaster prevention.The objectives of this study are investigating the cause of urban soil-water disasters and the problems of utilization and preservation for environmental resource. The results can be provided as references for urban environmental management.
