摘　　要：用耗散结构理论对水土流失地区的土壤侵蚀系统、生态系统、社会系统进行分析后认为 :社会系统耗散结构处于水土流失地区耗散结构的主导地位。社会系统通过增强该地区生态系统耗散结构水平 。By analyzing the soil erosion,ecosystem,society system in soil erosion areas using dissipation structure,it is considers that the society system is in the first place among the soil erosion areas dissipations structures. The society system is the one of the most useful measures to control and diminish the soil erosion dissipation structures through increasing the local ecosystem dissipation structures level.
