美洲狼尾草不育系Tift85DA_4的引进及其种间杂交制种技术研究

摘　　要：对引进的美洲狼尾草不育系Tift85DA4 系统观察 ,并进行了Tift85DA4 同父本象草N51杂交制种研究。结果表明 ,不育系Tift85DA4 在南京地区生长适应性好 ,植株生长繁茂 ,全生育期随播种期的推迟而缩短 ,但主茎的叶片数恒定为 2 2～ 2 3片 ,杂交结实性也好 ;母本在 5月中旬至 6月中旬播种 ,当母本长至 13～A newly_introduced male sterile line Tift85DA\-4 and interspecific hybridization of Pennisetum americanum and Pennisetum purpureum were studied. The results indicated that Tift85DA\-4 can adapt to the environment in Nanjing area. During the suitable planting period, the whole growth period of Tift85DA\-4 was decreased as planting date was postponed, but the main stem has the steady number of leaves, 22 to 23 leaves. Tift85DA\-4can produce seeds well as male parent plant, Pennisetum purpureum,provided enough pollen. The results also illuminate that flowering time of maternal and paternity can meet well treated the paternity(Pennisetum purpureum var.N 51 )with black plastic cloth when Tift85DA\-4 grows to 14 to15 leaves.
