摘  要:通过光镜和透射电镜观察短尾蝮蛇精子的形态结构 ,结果显示蝮蛇精子形态细长 ,长度为(99.6± 5.1 ) μm,可分为头、颈、尾三部分 ,头呈长锥形 ,顶体较大如尖帽状盖着核前端 ,头颈部交界处有明显的凹痕 (核陷窝 )存在 ,颈部具有鞭毛基体 (9× 3+0 ) ,尾部细长 .中段结合横切面和纵切面观察 ,由外到内的结构是 :质膜—线粒体鞘—纤维鞘—外周致密纤维—轴丝复合体 (微管 9× 2 +2 ) .蝮蛇精子与其他动物相比有较特殊的形态结构 :尾中段长 ,大量的线粒体呈螺旋状排列、环绕纤维鞘存在于整个尾部 ,顶体大 .短尾蝮蛇精子较强的生命力 (可在雌体内贮用 3年以上 )可能与其特异结构有关 .To observe the fine structure of the spermatozoon of Gloydius brevicaudus by transmission electron microscope and light microscope. The result reveals that it was thin and long in shape with the total length of (99.6±5.1)μm and it could be divided into 3 parts separately head, neck and tail. The head of the spermatozoon was long awl in shape with large acrosome surrounding the anterior of the nuclear surface like a pointed cap. The nuclear fossa could be obviously found in which the head links the neck. The flagellum base body (9×3+0) could be seen in the neck. The tail was thin and long, and the following five structure from outside to inside in cross section and vertical section of the mid piece were:plasmalemma, mitochondria sheath, fibrous sheath, outer dense fibers and central axonemal complex (9×2+2). The spermatozoon had three characteristics: 1.Large middle piece of the tail;2. Large number of mitochondria which disposed in a helix and encircled firbrous sheath occupied the whole tail;3.Large acrosome. The powerful vital force of the spermatozoon which could be reserved in the female body for 3 years was possible related to its characteristics.
