经尿道气化电切治疗前列腺增生60例手术疗效分析

摘　　要：目的　探讨经尿道前列腺气化电切 (TUVP)治疗前列腺增生症 (BPH)的临床效果 .方法　采用电气化加修切法施行经尿道前列腺电气化术治疗 BPH60例 .结果　全部患者手术均获成功 ,平均手术操作时间 40 min,平均留置导尿时间 3.5天 ,平均住院日 5.5天 .结论　 TUVP是治疗 BPH的有效方法 ,比经尿道前列腺电切术 (TUPR)更具有广泛的应用优势 ,但必须具有良好的技术及解剖基础 ,同时要熟练气化电切镜的各种功能及操作过程 .Objective To investigate the clinical effect of treatment of BPH by TUVP.Methods 60 cases of BPH were operated by electric vaporization and resection.Results All cases were sucessful,with each operation 40 min and 5.5 days of average hospital day .Conclusion TUVP is an effective method with more extensively applied advantages,but the doctor must own a great deal of knowledge for technology and anatomy and at the same time he must be skilful at various kinds of functions and operational process of TUVP.
