白僵菌制剂防治香料烟蚜虫的试验研究

摘　　要：烟蚜 [Myzuspersica(Sulzer) ]是危害香料烟的重要害虫。应用生物制剂防治烟蚜 ,对提高香料烟的产量和品质具有重要意义。在保山香料烟种植区用白僵菌制剂防治烟蚜 ,取得了较好效果。小区试验表明 ,喷施 3d后防治效果达 5 4 5 4 % ,5d后控制了蚜虫的危害 ,防治效果达 92 2 % ,接近化学杀虫剂 2 5 %功夫防治效果 (97 4 % )。大田试验也取得了明显的效果 ,喷施 5d后防治效果达 80 2 %～ 85 6 % .The tobacco aphid ( Myzus persicae ) is the major insect pect of oriental tobacco in Baoshan district. The main measure of the prevention if aphid's harm is spraying with insecticide at the present time. But the practice has shows that spraying with insecticid cause 3R(Resistance of insect, Residue of insecticid, Resurgent of insect) and infect quality of tobacco Leaf. The paper reported the result of controling tabacco aphid by spraying Beauveria formulation, when spraying with 1 0×10 7/mL spore dilution, the preventive effect is 92.2% in the test block, it's 80.2%-85.6% in the example field after 5 day. The it's close to insecticid 2.5% cyhalothrio emulsion.
