摘　　要：私人筹资计划是英国政府吸引私立机构投资公立医院的一种政策。它帮助英国政府解决了公共财力缺口 ,并将市场机制和高效的管理模式引入公立医院 ,对公立医院转换经营机制、提高绩效具有重要意义。Private Financing Initiative is one of government policies in Britain, which draws the private investment into public hospital. It not only solves the deficient in public finance but also draws market mechanism and efficient management model into public hospital. It has particular significance in changing the operation mechanism and enhancing the efficiency of public hospital.
