摘 要:目的 观察豚鼠哮喘急性发作时肺组织β肾上腺素能受体含量变化及中药外敷对相关变化的影响。方法 用Hutson法造模和诱喘 ,治疗组予中药外敷 ,对照组予 0 9%生理盐水浸润纱布外敷 ,2周后取肺组织 ,用放射配基结合分析法测定其中 β受体含量。 结果 豚鼠哮喘急性发作时 ,肺组织 β受体含量降低 ,而中药外敷能使其恢复正常。结论 提高肺组织 β受体含量是中药外敷治疗哮喘的机理之一。Objective:To observe the change of βadrenergic receptor expression in the lung tissue of guinea pigs with experimental allergic asthma when they were challenged and the effect of herbal penetration therapy on its expression. Methods: The asthma guinea pigs models induced by Huston's methods were externally applied with herb for 30min q.o.d.. A control group of guinea pigs were applied with wet gauzes in 9g/L normal saline in the same method. The animals were killed after two weeks. The βadrenergic receptor expression in lung tissues was observed by radioligand binding assay. Results: The β adrenergic receptor expression was down regulated when asthma was challenged and it was up regulated with herbal penetration therapy. Conclusion: It was showed that up regulation of theβadrenergic receptor expression in lung tissues is an important mechanism of herbal penetration therapy on allergic asthma.
