复发性生殖器疱疹患者外周血CD4^+细胞内细胞因子的表达

摘　　要：目的 :通过检测复发性生殖器疱疹 (RGH)患者发病期及静止期外周血CD4 + 细胞IFN -γ ,IL - 2 ,TNF -α,IL - 4等细胞因子的表达情况 ,探讨CD4 + 细胞内细胞因子水平与RGH的发病关系。方法 :利用流式细胞分析法对 33例RGH发病期患者 ,16例静止期患者 ,15例健康志愿者外周血CD4 + 细胞表达的IFN -γ ,IL -2 ,TNF -α ,IL - 4细胞因子进行检测。结果 :RGH患者发病期Th1细胞因子 (IFN -γ ,IL - 2 ,TNF -α)的表达较正常人群组明显下降 (P <O .0 5 ) ,Th2细胞因子 (IL - 4 )表达较正常组显著升高 (P <0 .0 1)。Th1与Th2细胞因子水平与RGH患者年复发次数有明显的相关性 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论 :RGH患者发病期存在显著的细胞免疫功能低下 ,Th1与Th2细胞因子平衡失调是RGH反复发作的重要原因。Objective:To investigate the expression of intracellular factors(IFN-γ,IL-2, TNF-α,IL-4) in CD4 + cells from patients with recurrent genital herpes stage of actack and resting stage and explore the relation between levels of intracdllular factors and recurrent genital herpes(RGH).Methods:Intracellular factors were determined by flow-cytometric. Results:Active RGH patients had statistically significantly fewer CD4 + cell producing IFN-γ, IL-2 and TNF-α than that of normal controls( P <0.01), IL-4 was significantly higher than that of normal control( P < 0.01 ). There was no difference between that of inactive RGH and that of normal control ( P >0. 05) .The recurrence times of RGH were significantly correlated with all factors level ( P <0.05).Conclusion:Expression percent of Th1 cytokines from active RGH patients was significantly decreased, Th2 cytokine was increased, compared with normal control. The active RGH patients had a reduction of cell immunologice. Th1/Th2 factors imbalance plays an important role in recurrence of RGH.
